Our gym bags contain strong industrial magnets designed to attach to metal surfaces. By purchasing and using an ATHLOR magnetic gym bag, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Medical Devices: Magnets can interfere with pacemakers, ICDs, and other implanted medical devices. Keep this product at a safe distance from such devices. Consult your doctor if you are unsure.

Electronics & Data: Strong magnetic fields can damage smartphones, hard drives, credit cards, and other magnetic media. ATHLOR is not responsible for damage to electronic devices or loss of data resulting from proximity to the bag's magnets.

Surface Attachment: The user is responsible for ensuring the metal surface (e.g., gym rack, machine) is clean, flat, and ferromagnetic (steel/iron) before attaching the bag. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by the bag slipping or falling due to improper attachment or surface incompatibility.

Weight Limit: Do not exceed the recommended load limit for the magnetic attachment. Overloading the bag may cause it to detach unexpectedly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
